Immersed in Graffiti since the mid eighties, Smeooze has spent the last 21 years or so exploring, colour, design and narrative
using this relatively young artform and created a new style distinctly his own. This fusion of chaotic writing style with organic
shapes and patterns, defines his recent creations.

A similiar juxtaposed range of subject matter exists in his canvasses. The seductive evil of the voluptuous "checkmate" series.
The towering mountain soaked in mysticism and Japanese influence. The dark salute to lost innocence of the broken merry-go-round.

His tools are found kicking around in his backpack after a days (or night) painting on various bricks and mortar. The fat marker, aerosol cans
and acrylic that are normally used to transform the cityscape into a free for all art exhibition, form a portable and permanent partnership with canvass.
